ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation Launched to Empower Vulnerable Citizens In Nigeria
Prince Abiodun Otepola launched the ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation, aimed at providing hope, support, and empowerment to vulnerable individuals across Nigeria, particularly the elderly and less privileged.
During the unveiling of the foundation logo on Thursday, Prince Abiodun Otepola President of ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation, articulated the vision and mission of the NGO, emphasizing its commitment to upholding the dignity and respect of every individual, regardless of age or socio-economic status.
He acknowledged the efforts of the government while underscoring the need for additional support to bridge existing gaps.
“We gather today to launch a new chapter in our collective journey, one that promises hope, support, and empowerment for those who need it most,” stated Prince Abiodun Otepola.
“Our mission is clear: to care for the aged and less privileged, ensuring they have access to basic necessities and opportunities for economic and social development.”
The foundation’s goals are multifaceted, aiming to provide essential support such as food, shelter, healthcare assistance, and educational programs to enhance economic opportunities for its beneficiaries.
Additionally, ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation intends to establish community centers for socialization and recreation, while fostering partnerships with other organizations to amplify its impact nationwide.
“We vow to be the voice for the voiceless, the hope for the hopeless, and the beacon of light in the darkest of times,” Prince Abiodun Otepola affirmed.
In response to the foundation’s launch, beneficiaries expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support received. Adam Saka, one of the beneficiaries, remarked, “God will continue to bless and prosper the president of the foundation. The donations given to us will go a long way in helping us alleviate the current economic challenges.”
Similarly, Saka Ajao praised Prince Abiodun Otepola’s philanthropic efforts, stating, “The financial has been a philanthropist even before the launching of the foundation. May Almighty Allah continue to bless him and give him more to live on earth.”
Stakeholders, including Adeolu Otepeola, former Director of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), commended the initiative for addressing contemporary societal challenges and called for collective efforts to replicate such gestures across the nation.
“The objective is to lift families in Nigeria and Kwara out of poverty,” Adeolu Otepeola emphasized.
