1-Stagnation is a prolonged period of little or no growth in someone’s life,business e.t.c.
2- The state or condition of stagnating, or having stopped, as by ceasing to run or flow.
- A foulness or staleness, as one emanating from a standing pool of water.
- A failure to develop, progress or advance.
- The state or quality of being or feeling sluggish and dull.
I greet you all in the name of our lord Jesus Christ and I decree in the of Jesus that as from today the spirit of stagnation will no more control your life in Jesus name.
In Mark 2:1-5
1)”When Jesus returned to Capernaum several days later, the news spread quickly that he was back home.
2)Soon the house where he was staying was packed with visitors that there was no more room even outside the door. While he was preaching God’s word to them.
3) Four men arrived carrying a paralyzed man on a mat.
4) They couldn’t bring him to Jesus because of the crowd, so they dig a hole through the roof above his head. Then they lowered the man on his mat, right down in front of Jesus.
5) Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man ,”my child ,your sins are forgiven.”
This man in Mark chapter 2,his life was stagnant for many years, he could not do what he was doing before because he was paralyzed. I know they must have carried him to different places before they heard about Jesus. On that fateful day,they saw many obstacles but they did not allow that to stop them. The crowd alone was enough to turn them back but, instead of looking at the crowd which stood as obstacle they built up their faith and look for what others could not see.
Until you can open your eyes and see other benefits,great doors , opportunities that others could not see , your life will still remain stagnant . The four men saw that all the doors were blocked by the people but the roof was vacant so they made use of that opportunity. Look beyond your mates or the people around you because bible says we walk by faith and not by sight.
If your life is stagnant, it can give access to curse to operate. In Mark 12:12-14 bible says ” The next morning as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. He noticed a fig tree in full leaf a little way off ,so he went over to see if he could find any figs. But there were only leaves because it was too early in the season of fruit. Then Jesus said to the tree, ” may no one ever eat your fruit again. And the discipcles heard him say it.
In this passage, Jesus was hungry and he saw a fig tree with leaves but no fruit on it. Many people are passing through the same situation, they have connection, look fresh when you see them, stays in a good house , have great children but their life is stagnant. I decree as God’s servant that as from today, your life shall no more be stagnant. Jesus cursed the fig tree because it was fruitless. I don’t want to know how the devil repackage your life outside God’s plan for you but hear this, there shall be a turn around now into Jesus name. Amen.
HOW TO COME OUT OF STAGNATION
1- know Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour.
2-Repent from your sin.Roma’s 3:23
3-He said in Jeremiah 33:3, call unto me and I will show you great and mighty things which you know not. Cry to Him and He will hear you.
4- Believe that you are unstoppable for the devil.
