The Chairman, Anti- Corruptions Awareness Organization Nigeria (ACAON) and Board of Trustee Alhaji Prince Kola Kadewolu Adeyemi on Friday felicitated with the faithful Christians on the occasion of Easter.
This was stated in a statement issued by Mr Sunday Adesanya, public relations officer of the Anti-corruption Awareness Organisation Nigeria (ACAON)
Adeyemi called on Christians to use the Easter period to pray for the restoration of peace and economic stability in the country.
He said that Easter symbolised sacrifice and service to God and the country,therefore, urged Nigerians to emulate the life of Jesus Christ who laid down his life for mankind.
The Chairman also advised Nigerians to be their brothers’ keeper and make necessary sacrifices for their fellow human
“Things are hard, our country is going through difficult times occasioned by the current cashless policy we need to keep our faith’s alive and let God intervene .
“Our contemporary challenges require that we persevere in our prayers for leaders at all levels and the country for divine wisdom to enable us surmount them.
“This time calls for more patience, sacrifice, prayers and a renewed hope in the New Nigerian nation.
“We have passed through even more difficult situations before, this too shall pass away, so long as we remain steadfast in our prayers for good leaders and the country,” he said.
Adeyemi said that the challenges facing the nation were temporary as by his special grace the new administration will do it’s possible best to brings succour to the people.
