As the governorship race gathers momentum in Osun State, members of the Peoples Democratic 
Contrary to rumours making the rounds that the PDP which is the main opposition party in the state, the Chairman of Justice Integrity Group (JIG), Hon Saliu Adebisi Bakare said the party remained united has ever.
Addressing a mamoth crowd at a rally in Isokun Area, Ilesa, Hon. Bakare declared their readiness to work for the victory of the partys candidate in the August 2018 governorship election.
Hon Bakare who was leader of the House in Ilesa West between 2006 and 2007 was elected the party chairman in 2012 and was re elected for second term in 2016.
Going down the memory lane, the JIG leader in Ilesa West reiterated their resolved to stand by their National Leader, Senator Ahmed Makarfi and Dr. Bayo Faforiji the state Chairman while Senator Iyiola Omisore remains the undisputed leader in Osun state.
While commending members for their steadfastness, he assured that the truth shall prevail since there is light at the end of the funnel.
As members from all the 10 wards topped out in their numbers to participate in a rally across major streets in Ilesa, some PDP leaders in Ilesa East Local Government, Hon. Niyi Oyeleye and Hon. Dele Ogunjube took time to address the rally.
Hon. Oyeleye gave kudos to party members who had decided to identify with the course of justice inspite of all odds.
He however assured that the people are already disemphrachised by the government in power in the state and they are eager waiting to vote back PDP to power by 2018.
