In line with the directive of President Muhammed Buhari that the panel of investigation should be set up to investigate the killing of three policemen and a civilian by soldiers ,it was made known by Defence headquarter (DQH) that the panel to investigate the killing has been set up and headed by Rear Admiral I.T. Olaiya which constitute of other six members.
This was disclosed in a statement on Friday, August 9, by acting director of information, Defence Headquarters, Colonel Onyema Nwachukwu. According to him, General Abayomi Olonisakin, the chief of defence staff constituted the committee following the directive of President Buhari.
