The Arewa Consultative Forum, Kwara State Chapter,Ilorin has called on members of the forum, in the state, to support the new mattawalle of Ilorin Emirate, Dr. Mohammed Alimi Abdulrazaq, in his quest to further uplift the state.
In a press release jointly signed by the state chairman of the Forum, Dr. Mohammed Ghali Alaaya and State publicity secretary Mallam Yusuf Olayinka Erubu, respectfully,the Forum said that the appointment of Dr. Mohammed Alimi Abdulrazaq as the Chairman Board of Trustees for ACF Kwara chapter.
Our Corespondent reports that Dr. Abdulrazaq who is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the northern body at the national level was recently turbaned as the Mattawalle of Ilorin Emirate.
Justifying the appointment of the Dr. Abdulrazaq as the BoT Chairman for ACF Kwara, the forum stated that his antecedents and family background stand him out as the right candidate for the job.
They therefore called on members of the forum both home and aboard to rally round the new BoT chairman in his quest to further the ideals of the forum.
“We hereby felicitates with our amiable ambassador at the apex body of our forum, Dr. Mohammed Alimi Abdulrazaq, as the new Chairman Board of Trustees of ACF Kwara state Chapter.
“We use this opportunity to confirm that his appointment by our revered royal father, the Emir of Ilorin, as the Mattawalle of Ilorin Emirates is not just a welcomed development but putting a round peg in a round hole.
“There is no doubt that the antecedents and family background of our new BoT Chairman stands him out among his peers and we dare say it is a new dawn for us in ACF Kwara, Ilorin Emirates, northern Nigeria and the country as a whole.
” We therefore call on all our members across the three senatorial districts of the state to support our BoT Chairman in his new assignment.”
