Eko Club which is predominantly dominated by indigenes of Lagos is one of the city’s prestigious clubs, situated in Suru-lere area of Lagos.
The club over the years has impacted positively in the lives of club members and Lagosians. Today, the club has gone to the next level with a new executive led by Chief Tunde Fanimokun, a technocrat, an administrator per excellence and highly respected Lagos high chief, Chief Tunde Fanimokun. The new lease of life has been breathed into the club both creatively and innovatively.
In this year brand and marketing award held in Lagos, the organizers rewarded the club with the most innovative social brand of the year.
The President of the Club Chief Tunde Fanimokun steps out to receive the award with thunderous ovation from the crowd. Delivering his speech after receiving the plaque, Fanimokun dedicated the award to His Excellency Akinwunmi Ambode, Lagos State governor whom he referred to as a distinguished blessed member of the Eko Club.
Fanimokun said that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has distinguished himself in governance and as a role model in good government and excellence.
