The State Commissioner for Communications, Mrs Adenike Harriet Afolabi-Oshatimehin made the pledge in Ilorin when members of the Association paid her a courtesy visit at the Conference Room of the Ministry.

Afolabi-Oshatimehin, who said she was delighted to receive the delegate promised that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration will support them at all times, but harped on the need for  the registration of their various organisations in order to curb human trafficking and also help in solving the problems facing them.

Furthermore, Oshatimehin assured them that her ministry would be ready to assist the association in the aspect of public orientation to broadcast their activities, whenever the need arises.

She said she was delighted with the Association’s readiness to support Government in promoting tourism and hospitality in Kwara State.

Earlier, the State Coordinator of NANTA, Engineer Abu Salami said one of the challenges confronting  them was that their colleagues from other States do sideline them by going to broadcast on radio, thereby making huge amount of money to their own detriment.
