The leader of a notorious gang known as One Million Boys, Biola Ebila has allegedly shot dead in Olomi area of Ibadan on Sunday by Operation Burst.
Sources said the late Ebila and his deadly squad had tormented residents of Oke-Odo, Kudeti and other areas for years.
A source confirmed that, “the notorious leader of One Million boys, Biola Ebila, was today (Sunday) killed in a gun duel with men of Nigerian Army. He was allegedly responsible for various criminal activities and violence in Ibadan and environs for years.”
He was declared wanted by the Police in April following the death of a rival gang leader, Ekugbemi.
Efforts to get the Police Public Relation Officer to confirm the incident proved abortive as at the time of filing this report.
