Our attention has been drawn to the wicked, malicious and mendacious story trending in various social media platforms, alleging the brutal murder along Ibadan/Lagos Expressway of one Nigerian lady named Bolanle Aworetan Omojuwa who resides in London and came home to Nigeria for the burial of her late mother on Thursday August 19, 2021.
In a press statement by One Love Family Divine Minister for Information Ojo Mogbadewa, described attempt by the online platforms to assassinate the character of SatGuru Maharaj Ji as reckless and evil.
“One Love Family would have ignored the careless and incendiary remarks made by Operanews, NGNews, Gist Master, Naija News.com, Nairaland, forum against SatGuru Maharaj Ji if not for the purpose of setting the record straight.
“The shocking news came to our notice, today Wednesday August 25th 2021, barely a week after the dastardly incident was committed by unidentified armed hoodlums allegedly in front of Maharaj JI Village, The Highest Spiritual Center of the Universe, Ibadan.
“Putting the fact straight in the interest of the General Public, we wish to submit that the date on which the said heinous crime was allegedly to have been committed, and this is verifiable by any interested member of the public that on that very day, being Thursday August 19, 2021, there was a heavy traffic snarl that grounded vehicular traffic right from the Old Tool Gate point to Afri Cola soft drinks factory, which lasted till the next day due to the ongoing reconstruction works along the Ibadan/Lagos Expressway.
“Hence it beat the imagination of any same mind that such an incident could occur anywhere around Maharaj Ji Village as maliciously alleged without the knowledge of those within the environs of Maharaj JI.
“To make assurance doubly sure, since we had no knowledge of the murder case we promptly went to the Toll Gate Division of the Nigeria Police Force, in charge of the area to confirm if such incident was reported then and a source said from the record of criminal activities at their disposal, no such incident was reported to them adding that where the incident happened wasn’t within their area of jurisdiction.
We, however, call on members of the public to ignore the false story with the ignominy it deserves because it is the handiwork of mischief makers who over the years have been using all kinds of subtle means to discourage people from coming to Maharaj Ji Village for sucor.
