Chief Coach of Lagos Amateur 1,Iganmu Football Club, Kazeem Abioye has admitted that their home defeat against U-19 Remo Stars in the ongoing The Creative Championship League would spur the team to work hard.

Abioye said this after his team lost 0-2 to visiting U-19 Remo Stars over the weekend at the Agege Stadium.

Abioye in a chat with our correspondent said it was a good match but his team were unlucky to have won the game.

“It was not our day and this defeat is a wakeup call. It tells us to work hard in our next match. Both teams played well but like I said it was not our day. We will go back to drawing board, identify our mistakes and prepare well against Dino FC in our next match,” he said.

Shola Ogundana and Morgan Agbeko scored for visiting tam in each half to clinch three points at stake. Iganmu FC went to Imperial FC home in week one and played 1-1 to get a point out of two matches.

Coach of U-19 Remo Stars, Ajibolade Olumide boasted that his team played well and deserved the victory. He described their opponents as a good side but noted that his tam are tactically better to have won the game
